Report highway faults and defects by telephone or using the online form.
You can report highways faults and defects to Dorset Direct on 01305 221020 (7am until 8pm) or by using the highway feedback form. If the matter is urgent do not use the online form - call 01305 221020.
Defect messages are passed straight through to the correct technical teams within Dorset County Council.
For street lighting faults please use 0800 068 4145, or use SEC's faulty light online form.
